Registered Nurses (RN) Coordinate all of the services that are necessary and reasonable in order to tend to patients’ illness or injuries.

Physical Therapists (PT) Assess and treat motor function capabilities and instruct patients regarding assistive and prosthetic devices.

Occupational Therapists (OT) Assist patients with impaired functions in their daily life activities while using adaptive equipment.

Medical Social Workers (MSW) Provide short-term therapeutic counseling and make referrals to community agencies.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Evaluate and treat speech, communication and swallowing disorders.

Registered Dieticians (RD) Plan food and nutrition programs and advise as to meal preparation. They prevent and treat illnesses by promoting health eating habits and recommending dietary modifications.

Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) Provide personal care and/or assistance with medical treatments under the supervision of the registered nurse.

Wound Care Specialists Certified wound care (WOCH) on staff to consult and treat difficult and non-healing wounds providing negative pressure wound VOC therapy.

IV Home Infusion Provide skilled nursing for home infusion therapy as well as specialty infusions.

Nutritional Support Provide assessment and guidance in nutritional requirements and available resources.
